Men and women who have a keen sense of personal style seem more confident and as strange as it may sound, they appear to be much happier than other people.

So began my quest to determine how they achieved this sense of ease and elegance.  It’s not as hard as you may think.  It takes discipline and knowledge, however it’s unbelievably empowering.  

Individuals with style invariably generate a charismatic presence, a kind of stature that’s hard to describe.  Put simply, you feel it and it permeates every aspect of their persona.  There’s a consistency and quality of vision in virtually everything they do, which is rare in the world today.

If I was to pinpoint the essence of a style icon, it would represent a minimalist with an appreciation of understated elegance in an overstated world.

How you wear an ensemble can open doors, create opportunity and make life an exciting adventure.  Never let you or the world down by not living up to your signature trademark.

Once you understand what your clothes are saying about you and what you want them to communicate to your audience, you will be a style wizard.

There are so many benefits to a personal style expression.  For instance, it is empowering and if done well transcends the commercial aspects of fashion and becomes an art form.

A style expression gives us a voice, a liberating means to express ourselves.  However more importantly, it gives us the inspiration and tools to be the person we want to be.

Style is not about money, it is about wise choices.  It’s about expressing who you are to yourself and the world with confidence.

Style is not superficial, it reflects our heart and soul.  It is our most significant form of expression and it’s how we communicate who we are to the world around us.
